Please retrieve a copy of the form here and fill in, email or post in advance of your event. We are able to invoice the commercial or statutory sector, but if you are booking a private event, we kindly ask you for pre-payment on confirmation of booking. Certain events may also be liable for a seperate deposit. Should you have questions, please check with the Booking Secretary, who can be reached via the message form under 'contacts'.

Do you need catering for your meeting or event?  Catering with Friends is a local charity who can provide good quality buffet style catering from 10 persons upwards for very reasonable prices.
